What is a jellyfish?
It is a weakly toxic jellyfish that lives in Jellyfish Lake on Makakarkal Island in the Republic of Lao.
It is characterized by a polka dot pattern on the umbrella, and there is a mouth arm to take in food under the umbrella, and eight appendage sticks ahead.
The form is the origin of the Japanese name of the octopus jellyfish.
In the warm waters south of the Kanto region, different subspecies can be seen in the quiet bay from summer to autumn.
There seems to be an individual which becomes about 20cm in the inside though there are a lot of umbrella diameters about 10cm, too.
