About returns and exchangesWe will do our best to ship the product, but if the product you received is different from the product you ordered, or if it is defective, then send it by e-mail or within 7 days after the product arrives. Please contact me by phone.
Only if you contact us, we will accept exchange or return shipping at our expense.
After returning the product, we will exchange it for a non-defective item or refund the price.
*However, we cannot accept returns after opening the product package (transparent bag). We do not accept returns without contacting us.
